Hello Ozzu Forum! Enough introduction, on to my question:

I recently upgraded my OS X from Tiger to Leopard but now my Apache is acting up (I think).

When I try to go to "localhost" in my webbrowser is says "cannot connect to the server on localhost"

I did follow the instructions on this page.

Except the part about the virtual hosts. Something gives me the idea that that is where the problem lies :hmm: but I dont know how to set up a virtual host.

Any help / tips would be very welcome I really dont know what to do.

Thanks,

Marcus

Are you talking about Leopard Server or Client?

Ok after some looking and asking of a friend about this, since he knows more than I do...

Getting apache and php running is incredibly simple in leopard. All you should have to do is open the httpd.conf file, remove a # from in front of the php mod and save. But make sure you reboot apache afterwards.

Did you reboot apache? Try
Quote:
sudo apachectl graceful
