MAC with bootcamp?

If you have one of the new macs with the intell chip: and you install boot camp (windows XP) can you run anything that would run on XP? for instance:

games
software: (3ds Max)
window protected song files

yeah, but that requires a reboot every time you want to switch. a more acceptable solution is "parallels". this is a virtualization package. however, a drawback of this is that it only provides a few megabytes of birtual memory ram and therefore more graphics intensive programs such as 3dsmax and so forth dont run very well on it

You can't do games with Parallels. Boot Camp if you want to play 3D games, Parallels for just about everything else.

you could also try out Crossover Mac. and/or Darwine. i'm not sure how well they'd work for the tasks desired, but it wouldn't require a reboot or virtual pc and you could use windows programs.
