Password issue

hallow member

My sister use macintosh laptop and she already used almost 1 year without use any password but now is require a password and i'm not family with macintosh pc.So I want to remove this thing without remove any data.please help me for this case

Try restoring Mac X through the CD/DVD there is an option to import existing accounts and data. but, you need to be careful doing that

or you could go the easy route;

that will allow you to reset the password of any account on the disk to whatever you want. as long as the version of your installation media is equal to or newer(?) than the version of osx you have installed.
