I have 716 pages when I type in site:myfishsite.com into the search bar. Now, I do the same thing for google and come up with 5 results. Does MSN automatically index pages? Why is there such a dramatic increase with MSN and other search engines leave my site behind?

The way MSN, Google and Yahoo crawl and index web pages are different from each other. For example, MSN is specially famous, mostly recently, for quickly finding newly created web pages across the web and indexing them.

Google likes if you implement a sitemap in your website and also embed a sitemap.xml file to your web server and Yahoo is a little slow is indexing web pages. They will index most of your web pages, if not all, gradually.

You better create a seo friendly website navigation system, like good internal linking in the meanwile.

Internal linking? You mean links that link to other pages of the site. It that's the case, already working on that. Is that just to keep the indexed pages in msn or to gain more? Thanks for you help on this.

Yes, your main pages should link to each other with static, html links and do not use graphics for this purpose. Having an SE friendly navigation system helps search engines in easily locating and indexing the web pages.
