Greetings!

Recently I had a few problems with a few sites I just start to handle (all on same IP):
www[dot]pmoz[dot]org
www[dot]pro-board[dot]com
www[dot]jdhealthcare[dot]com
Recently they got de-indexed by MSN, for a reason that remains wierd to me. Even more a few other sites that linked to these ones (located on different IPs) received a penalty (drop in SERPS).

Do you have any idea why this happend - as far as I know the sites are legitim and no black hat seo is used.

Please let me know if you notice anything that may result in this MSN ban / penalty.

Thank you in advance.

It has happened to me as well. Seems they are manually removing sites. I have a lot of adsense sites that have been removed, even though they still had good unique content.

I really think they hate adsense/affiliate sites. I had a site which had a few pages with actual products you could buy, then a few pages with adsense links. About a month later all the product pages remained in the index, but the adsense pages were gone.

A competitor of mine, but a close friend is ranked in the top ten in yahoo and google serps for highly competitive keywords was magically dropped from msn a couple weeks ago.

It is good for me, but it makes me wonder the reasoning.
