Listing & indexing Problem with msn

I have the website http://www.truoptionsbusinessconsultants.com/ is not listed & not indexed in msn.com...the site is properly listed and indexed in Google.com and Yahoo.com.. Please let me know the proper steps which will indexed the site in msn also.
