Pagerank is a trademark of Google Pagerank..If MSN have, maybe it's not called Peagerank, it's in other name.

put in mind not to over dose yourself with pr although it is what google is know for still its not a strong foundation for your site's credibilty...

I don't see why you couldn't consider "page rank" to be the definition of how high up on a search page a site is.

For example, the first site has a page rank of 1. The second has a pagerank of 2, etc.

I think that would make the most sense?
