Windows live problem! how to debug "line 1" runtime error?

every time I logged in windows live, it shows:

Error:

A runtime error has occurred.
do you wish to debug?

Line: 1
error: 'a' is null or not an object.


How can I solve this problem? by the way, I uninstalled windows live and reinstalled it for several times but it still shows the same error

please please please help me! thanks a lot
