oooo, I love Magneto! If you modify it just right, it's got a real neat 50's quality about it.

OK, thanks! I'll check it out, and maybe I'll be able to enter one of these competitions.

Paint in no shape or form can be considered a "photo editing software". While you can edit photo's on it, it just doesn't go far enough.

I was afraid I wasn't going to get this done in time. I'm not very good with PhotoShop yet, so it took me a little longer than some of you. About 3 hours to create the background the way I wanted it, and about another 4 hours for the rest -- all in a days work, I guess *lol

Anyway, here's my entry, based on an idea I had about the 2004 olympics:

Image

I'll let you choose the resolution that works best for your system:

Extra images:
Background created with Terragen -- I couldn't have been more pleased -- by accident I generated a camera angle that gave me a perfectly flat area to insert the parthenon. (yes folks - for those of you that don't know Terragen, that background is computer generated! It doesn't exist anywhere else on earth - amazing little program!)

*lol -- yeah --guess that goes back to my high school days with 3 years of Latin. Got fairly familiar with the Greek and Roman gods back then. Unfortunately don't remember as much any more.
