The next topic is : Bird's Eye View. Be creative!.

Rules: This is strictly a digital art contest! Only one submission per user will be allowed.

You MUST have made the image yourself.

Max size dimension: 640px (including border)
Max file size: 150kb
File name: Please name your entry the same as your username (or as close to as possible)
(Please ensure your entry meets the above before entering your image, otherwise you will be automatically disqualified!)

Length: Competition closes Wednesday May 20, 2009.


Voting lasts five days after close of competition.

I just realized I cut down one of the limbs I use to climb towards the top of my mango tree.

Luckily the tree is right next to the balcony so I can just hop the rail to get into the canopy. I'm pretty limited in where I can go from there without the missing branch though. My path to the roof is gone now.

Remember this is a DIGITAL ART not a photography comp! Though using an actual photo as inspiration doesn't hurt.

Well this one isn't a photography contest. It's a digital art one. My problem is that I couldn't come up with any really good ideas for this one and if I had, didn't have time the last couple weeks to work on creating it.

Well, that's ok... he is an art major and does photography on the side. I think he'd still be interested if it's open. I'll tell him about these competitions anyway. He'd be interested. I am artistically challenged, so I will participate, but it won't be that great of artwork.
