It looks like a photograph that has been manipulated. Kinda gray area in the rules i reckon.

If I'm not mistaken, those appear to be rose petals, on what appear to be Joshua trees. Neither of which would be found or growing in the frozen terrain in the picture. I'd say it was quite nicely digitally altered.

This work is a collage made of photo materials with some picked in details. Till this minute I had been considering that it was in fact Digital Art. However, if Digital Art means only drawing with a brush in PhotoShop and using filters, I apologize.
