which was the absolute worst movie ive ever seen

heres a link to it resized sorry i read the instructions and i wasnt sure what size the picture was when i uploaded it i did this picture about 4 weeks ago

i really didnt think people would like this picture..lol thought theyd think it was ugly to me i think it is a very nice effect i did it by first adjusting the hue and saturation of the image then took some grunge brushes out and started painting the face and lowering the opacity to make it look better or just set layers to overlay

and i changed the eye color im pretty sure by using dodge brush to lighten them up a bit and added a color where the eye is and dropped opacity down and changed hue and saturation used the burn brush to darken certain areas like the hair.

You also needed to change the link filename to something as close to your username as possible. It just makes things easier to organise at the end of the competition.
