OK, let me say thanks to the kudos. All said I am pretty pleased with how it turned out. And for the record, I personally think that typhon's entry is also very good. The only real difference between his and mine is interpretation.

I think that's what flavah was saying.

patterns is vague but that's the whole point! If I make it too specific, ppl complain. I make something vague and open enough for everyone's brain to work wonders and noone wants to LOL

Rather than think you can't beat mine, know that you can. I simply stepped out of the box a bit. Here's the thing to remember. Our world/universe/imaginations are full of patterns. There are also more programs than Photoshop.

I'm personally all for extending this competition another 15 to 30 days to give more people the chance to do their thing and show us what you got.

Can you step out of the box? Don't look at this as you can't beat my entry. Believe that you can and try.

Does anyone else hear Eye of the Tiger playing in the background?

But I don't see any patterns there...sure you incorporated a pattern or two into the design, but patterns should be globally recurring.

Other than that, though, it's a nice piece of work.

Well, perhaps it might help to understand how I see "patterns" to know the concept sort of spawned from the 5th Cosmic Law - Patterns in the Universe.
