Digital Art Competition #20: Your Astrological Sign

I'm hoping there's enough here for you guys to figure it out - if not I'd be more than happy to divulge the symbolism. Any takers?

The next full moon is May 9.

actually nexus I don't get it, I'll admit. I can't even tell what "sign" that's supposed to be. Maybe it's because I essentially ignore astrology. I'd welcome an explanation.

It was supposed to represent Virgo;
1) The M with the loopy around part is the astrological symbol for Virgo.
2) The zodiac wheel is engraved into the stone and she is lying on the Virgo triangle.
3) I couldn't find any stock of a woman who looked innocent, so I chose to make her a non-virgin anymore - hence the quote about why she was judged. Not being "the virgin" anymore and all.

lol thanks for the explanation. That makes it cool. I never would have got that.

It turned out a little more sinister than I was going for, but... Photoshop always gets its way

Honestly I think these are some of the better entries we've had in a competition. If we can get a few more, we might succeed in catching all the zodiac signs!

My entry (virgo), I made it in half an hour, I am bit busy at the moment, but I didn't want to miss this competition.
