I was just kidding as you probably realized. I had no doubt that unflux would come up with something really good.

I have a better idea of the quality of work I need to do for the next tourny in which I participate.

It was still fun and I can't wait to see the next batch of images.

Well, I appreciate your grace in this Jim. We've all been there, I know I have. These types of contests and forums only help improve and sharpen skills. I have learned more by doing battles than anything else. The format allows you to forget the rigors of learning, and just thrusts you into it because your focus becomes the final product. I love doing these things...good luck next time.

Thanks for the response. There was never a chance that I would be disappointed. I think everyone realizes this is for fun and learning.

I know some photoshop basics but have never done anything worthwile. What I really need to do is buckle down and run through some tutorials. Photoshop is such a complex piece of software which can be overwhelming if you try to take it all in at once.
