I remember making the vote, then I could see what the standings were... that's NOT hidden to me.

Polls outside of the competition forum generally didn't have hidden results (the user making the poll had to specifically select that option to turn hide the results on). As far as polls for inside the competitions forum the moderators have always selected the "hide results" option to make it so that people don't choose the options that were already more popular. Unless a moderator forgot to select that option one time, it has always been hidden since about 2004.

There was talk in November of 2003 in the moderator forum about how it would be nice to have the hide poll results option for Ozzu's anniversary. There was also talk in November of 2004 with regards to how Musik (Rose) didn't know how to use the poll hiding feature, so I must have installed the mod between November 17, 2003 and November 6, 2004.

Actually I just found a thread titled: "Hidden poll mod works." in the moderator forum started by ATNO/TW posted on December 4, 2003 at 5:55 PM that says this:

So it must have been around December 4, 2003 that I first installed the mod to hide poll results.

I had my winner picked as soon as I saw it, untill I saw the last one I looked at. Tough decision between those two.
