I had a few I liked, I ended up having to go with the one I felt was least like the others. :D

Actually, your vote has been registered. I had this exact same question and Bigweb explained to me, that with this system you have the option to change your vote until the voting period has expired. If you don't wish to change it, fine. But your initial vote is counted already.

I'll bring it up with the mods to see if we want to allow re-voting in the competition polls. I don't think that would be a bad idea at all. There's been a few times I've wanted to change my vote in previous polls and couldn't.

In the competitions it's always been disabled after I've voted except for the banner one which used a checkbox system instead of the radios. Although that may be up to the creator of the vote to disable changing as you mentioned.
