Photography Competition #20: Spring Flowers

Howdy!

Last contest winner has PM'ed me his choice for the new contest theme, SPRING FLOWERS

Rules: This is strictly a photography contest! No photochopping, but contrast, brightness, levels and other minor touch-ups (healing tool will be allowed for film and print scans). Please avoid any text on the photograph, except at most a copyright statement, remember distractions like text can take away from the composition. Digital and film photography are both allowed. Only one submission per user will be allowed.

You MUST have taken the image yourself.

Max size dimension: 640px (including border)
Max file size: 150kb
File name: Please name your entry the same as your username (or as close to as possible)
(Please ensure your entry meets the above before entering your image)

Length: Competition closes Friday, March 10 2006 at 2:00 PM EST. Voting lasts five days after close of competition.

The winner needs to PM me the topic for the next competition (please try to think up topics while voting goes on, in case you win).

Hope you like it. I was able to pick a perfect flower but I like this one since it has those natural scratches...

Oh dear, I think I am getting rather forgetful in my old age. Please forgive me! I read it as being spring for some odd reason. I did wonder why everyone was submitting flowers and thought I would do something different

Here is my entry...i took this photo yesterday before the Winter snow started to fall . The snow is quite deep right now...so i am glad glad i took the pic yesterday morning.
