Howdy!

The theme has been set to : Study & Education

Rules: This is strictly a photography contest! No photochopping, but contrast, brightness, levels and other minor touch-ups (healing tool will be allowed for film and print scans). Please avoid any text on the photograph, except at most a copyright statement, remember distractions like text can take away from the composition. Digital and film photography are both allowed. Only one submission per user will be allowed.

You MUST have taken the image yourself.

Max size dimension: 640px (including border)
Max file size: 150kb
File name: Please name your entry the same as your username (or as close to as possible if your username has characters that are not allowed in file names)
(Please ensure your entry meets the above before entering your image)

Length: Competition closes Thursday, June 1, 2006 at 9:00 AM EST. Voting lasts five days after close of competition.

The winner needs to PM me the topic for the next competition (please try to think up topics while voting goes on, in case you win).

Man, big kudos. Absolutely superb. Somebody is going to have to work overtime to outdo that! Excellent entry! I can't read Russian but I bet the title of that book he's studying translates to "How to get Million" *lol

You know what, I can't even stop with my last post. I would love to say that I even have skills as a photographer, but I don't. Primarily because I've never had a piece of equipment that would allow me to be. But I admire photography and love looking at good photographic artistry.

That my friend, is art. You took the subject, in my opinion, you nailed it! Well done. I think you've set the standard for this competition!

A common phrase we would use in English to descibe that picture is "Living out of an icebox". Sorry, for going on about it, but I think that is one of the best conceptual captures of a competition OZZU has had to date, and quite well done photographically to boot (not to mention humorous). Gonna be a real challenge this one. Let's see who's up to it.

I definately agree with ATNO with this one, that picture is outstanding. Very well done.

[joking]What i don't understand is why he chose to sit in the fridge when there was a seat right next to it. I guess he must have had a hot curry.[/joke] :)
