'Say What' will be a series of weekly 'blank' cartoons. Your job as competitors will be to fill out the bubble with what you think is the funniest saying that can go in there, at the end of the week the post will be locked and a new post will go up with the choices.
Rules:
Each member is allowed only one quote per contest.
Normal forum rules apply to all quotes.
Please spell check.
Awards:
Winner - 150 Points and toon published with quote.
Runner up - 50 Points (Applies only when there are 5 or more submissions.)
Length:
Contest will end Friday the 5th at 11PM EST.
Voting will start after 11PM EST and last until sunday at 10PM EST.
