Wow nominating is tough stuff. So many great posters here at ozzu. I am having a hard time so far. I have a little less than half my nominees in so far. Anyone else having a hard time also?

I think I joined to late in the year to be in the nominee running.

My question is that - Why cant we nominate moderators? For some division it is very difficult to judge for me if I exempt the moderators.

The oscars are to recognize our faithful members, not the moderators. The moderators do our jobs because we want to and accepted that when Bigweb asked it of us... However, we will post a poll for best new mod of the year when voting comes around and any new moderator that started with us this year will be included in that voting.

Also, you do not need to provide a nomination for every category. If you have someone you wish to nominate for a particular category who hasn't already been nominated do so. If you don't have a recomendation for another category, don't worry about it.

I think there should be additional categories

Most improved poster
Most improved programmer
etc

I would just like to say thanks to funny fuzz for the nomination. Im totally shocked really. I didnt get to nominate anyone, but every category that I would have nominated someone they already had been mentioned. Good luck to everyone, and again thanks. **Blown Away**
