Web Design Competition #4: Colours

I have a quick question......

Is it ok to make one page, and make the "3 pages" just iframes that open in the index?

Would appreciate it if we can.......

In all actuality, this isn't a fresh design. I developed it a couple of weeks ago for inclusion in my CSS experiments. Initially, the concept was created using CSS opacity, unlike the example showcased on Apethumb (which is now an image gallery). So, i thought i would satisfy it's origin, which was showing the different hues of colors using CSS opacity.
