Good day. I bought this template this week and activated it correctly. I just can't see how and where I get the image that is in the "Custom" Block? I can put the text there, but don't seem to get an image next to the writing as per the demo page.

After installing Drupal and before applying SQL dump file you need to enable all the modules that came with your Drupal installation (in Administer - Site Building - Modules). This way it should install properly with images.
If you already have some images or other content missing, you will have to re-install Drupal on a new clean database.

Good day. I've purchased 2 of your templates so far and both of them show features that are not active with regards to the flash pieces and every time it took a lot of emails to your templatehelp support and a lot of effort to add what the template promises!
The shortcoming is in particular with regards to to the flash in the Drupal where buttons are shown but not activated and then it takes a lot of effort to change it. Is it with all of your templates like this cause then I will have to find another provider as your templates are not complete.
And as for now I've been waiting several hours for your templatehelp support to come back about yet another change I have to make as the buttons are not active on the flash.

You should contact our website directly like you did this time, not through template-help as they are quite a bit slower. When you purchased these templates did you see a dump.sql file that came with the package?

There is a sql dump file called theme442.sql which I did import correctly and everything works... but the problem lies in the flash. In both the templates I purchased, the "read more" buttons don't work and because they are sitting in the same timeline I don't know how to assign getURL to each seperate "read more" sections. With the previous template support did email me a video tutorial(if you can call it that) of how to change the flash but when I purchased both of these templates I expected those features to work.
Now with the latest template the guy just mailed me a link to the support website on how to add getURL to flash buttons which is completely different from my question.
I hope you can help me with this.

Which template number are you referring to? Template 29936? Please keep in mind that these are just templates. That is, they are not turnkey websites where everything is 100% ready to go. When you look at our demos if the "Read More" links do not work, that is exactly how you would receive it, so its very important to look at our demos so you know exactly what to expect. I purchased theme number 28730 and 29936.
The links don't work in the demo either... it's just that I would expect that if you give a template and you show a feature then it should work.

As you have noticed already the links don't work in the demo. In the future if you buy from us please look at the live demo first because that is exactly what you can expect when you buy it. If its working in the demo, expect it to be working when you download and install it. If it is not working in the demo, then its simple a placeholder to give you a starting point to add more features. Many of our template will give you starting points for you to develop additional areas. I hope that makes sense. For the most part with any of our templates we do expect the customer will be customizing further. They are templates, not turnkey websites. There is a difference, and if you want something 100% ready to go out of the box, what you are really seeking are turnkey websites. Just want to make that very clear to you for in the future if you decide to buy any other templates from us. If editing the Flash is too difficult for you, you may want to avoid any of our templates that use Flash, as it would probably make things much easier for you since you are already familiar with Drupal by the sounds of it. Some of our templates use jQuery instead which can simulate some of Flash's special effects, without actually using it.
