My question is I need to set up a drupal website for a client with Ubercart integrated. Do you have and which templates works well and lays out nicely products with ubercart?
Please excuse this question if it's a bit dumb :) I don't have experience in Ubercart :)

I am not sure we have any templates that come out of the box with support for Ubercart. That means that with our templates, once you install that addon module you may have to do additional template work to get it to all work and display correctly for the ubercart parts.
