The techs got back to me.
1) Unfortunately we can't implement this payment method, but you can always add your own code from Moneybookers Skrill to the "HTML widget".
2) We are very sorry for the inconveniences but you can only use PayPal, Google Checkout, Robox, email as a native payment method.
You may want to consider one of our e-commerce templates which you can also access from our right menu, those templates support many more types of payment methods.
