I'm interested in Active Design Flash CMS Template 36063 but not sure I understand the process. How do I actually edit the site? Do I need to buy the Moto CMS part separate ? Do I have to edit this in Flash? Do I need to install any databases etc on the server?
Anything else I need to know?

The first step with this template would be to install it on your website. You will need to make sure that your web host allows you to use PHP. Once installed you would actually be able to edit your website through the admin interface. Towards the top of this page you should see a link to a Control Panel Demo which will give you an idea of what the admin area will look like, and how you can work with it to edit your pages.
The Moto CMS integration part will all come with the template, so you won't need to purchase anything else. Once you download the template you will just follow the steps laid out in the instructions. Typically the process goes like this:
1. You order the template
2. You will receive a Flash Moto Account e-mail with login details
3. Account registration where you will register your account with one server and domain name
4. Account Activation
5. You will also receive a Flash Moto template e-mail with the template you purchased
6. Upload the Flash Moto template to your web hosting account
7. Setup your Control Panel
8. Product Activation
Once you go through all those steps then the product will be ready to use. These steps will show alot more details in the instructions that are sent to you, but this is the general idea so you can get an idea of what to expect.
The main reason why this template is useful for some is that once you follow the steps to get everything setup correctly, then editing the template is fairly easy as its all done through the admin interface. You won't have to have much technical skills at that point to make changes to the template.
