Template 6196 is a "Dynamic Intro Template" which means that is all it is, is the intro.
You can see the preview of this intro by clicking on the screenshot above.
This intro template allows you to change the text of the intro without using a Flash editor too. You just change some text in a text file and save the changes and the intro will change accordingly.
So it would be up to you to develop the rest of the site, or pair this intro template with another template of ours.

Two more questions before my purchase..... Can I change the pictures and
colors in the intro.

You are welcome to change the pictures and colors, however, it would be more complicated to do that.
See template 6196 is a dynamic intro template which allows you to change the text of the intro very easily, as you do not have to has a Flash editor for that part. However, if you are wanting to change images and/or colors you will need to use the latest Flash editor from Macromedia/Adobe. The template will come with the source .fla files so that you can do this, however, the difficulty will greatly depend on your experience and how fast you adapt.
Optionally, you could click on the "Customize Template" link for that template on our website and it will take you to a template tuning area where you can have someone do this work for you. Through there you can request to have pictures and colors changed and they should be able to tell you how much it will cost in addition for them to do that for you. That might be a good choice for you as you won't have to obtain a Flash editor then, and you won't have to worry about learning how to even do what you want.
Of course these are just suggestions, you are welcome to try whatever you would like.
