A domain name and hosting are completely separate from the purchase of this template. We do offer website hosting if you are interested in that as well.
You are absolutely welcome to change the logo and replace it with your own.

For how many photos you can place, if you look at the template preview that should give you a good idea of what to expect. To add more than what is shown in the template preview, that may require you to customize the template to accommodate how many photos you need.

Yes, Ozzu Hosting will have no problems supporting this template, or any template that we sell here.
As far as customizing the template, that could be anywhere from easy to difficult depending on your skill level. Once you make any changes, then you simply upload those to our servers if you host with us and the changes will be shown immediately.
As far as how many photos you can store, it depends on how large in file size your photos are. If you get the starter package, that package currently allows you to have 500 MB in disk space. So just counting images and not any other files you may have, lets say each image is on average 150KB. You would be able to store around 3000 images on the server if the average file size is that. If the file sizes are larger than you wouldn't be able to store as many, or if its less, you would be able to store more. Keep in mind you can always upgrade your plan down the road if you need more space as well.
