You are welcome to add videos to the flash templates if you would like. The difficulty of doing this though will depend on your skill level at working with flash. If you have absolutely no clue on how you would do this with a Flash editor, it might be more on the difficult end for you. I am sure there are plenty of tutorials on the internet that can help though.
As far as receiving a list with all the details, colors, etc, that is exactly what we have on our website already. Click on the "Template Details" link on any of our templates and you will see all the screenshots with colors, and if there are any flash previews on that page there will be a link to show you. There are also other details provided to you on those pages.
