I recently bought template 14816 and when i try to open it in flash, i get the following message: "unexpected file format."
Also, for some reason, my user name and password aren't working... I may have forgotten my password.... old email is ****** new one is listed here. Please help with template.

When you open it in flash, have you completely extracted it from the zip file already? Sometimes that error can happen if you try to open it directly from the zip file. Make sure you extract it out of the zip file before trying. Please let me know if that helps there.
As far as your username, I am not finding that username or email address in our database. Is it possible you used a different email or username?
