To edit the flash template, dreamweaver will not work. Just to edit the links you will need a Macromedia Flash editor:
Flash MX, MX 2004, Flash 8 - .fla files
If you do not want to purchase the software, you can have someone change the wording and links for you by clicking on the "Customize Template" link on that template on our website. The difficulty depends on your skill level, it may be easy or hard depending on that. We do offer a template tutorial / guide with your purchase as well to help you edit your template. What I would recommend is you download a few of our sample website templates.
That should give you a good idea of what to expect.
