I just bought the Template 32682. In my folders i got: Site, Site Flash and source File.
Q: where is the main working file that allow me to change text, images, logo ect..? is it the index.html on the site folder or the main_fv8.fla in the source file - flash ?

You will need to extract the source zip file and all of its contents. Your password is your order id. Once you extract that then you simply find the directory with the source .fla flash files and edit those for any changes to the flash.
