I really like the work that was done on this template. I am using the new joomla 2.5.1, will this work with it? Does this template come as a zip file so I can load it into joomla through the extension manager? Are there any extensions being used in the demo of this template? If so, what are they? Thank you for your time.

Software required includes Winzip 9+ (Windows) or Stuffit Expander 10+ (Mac) for uncompressing .zip files, Adobe Photoshop CS+, Adobe Dreamweaver 8+ (or any php-editor), and Joomla! 1.7.3. It has had a total of total of 10 downloads since it appeared on January 12, 2012.

This template was only built and tested for Joomla 1.7.3. You are more than welcome to try and use it with Joomla 2.5.1, but it is likely you will have to fix the template or upgrade the template to get it to work correctly with that version.
This template package and its sources come in one single ZIP file. Inside that zip file you would find another file like theme815.zip in the joomla folder that you would first extract, and then use that for when uploading and installing via the Joomla Extension Manager.
There are likely additional extensions being used in this template, all of those are included and are in the sources/modules folder of your template download zip file. You would see things such as slider.zip, etc in that folder that you would install for each zip file in there via the Joomla Extension Manager.
For the exact extensions I do not know those off hand, but can send an inquiry to our tech department if you are wanting to know the details there. Everything is included in the template, but if you would like to know those details in advance let me know and I can ask.

There are numerous ways you could go about it. The first is that you could purchase the template and then find a local developer or freelancer to convert it to another CMS for you. The second option is you could hire us, we charge $150/hr for customization services such as this. Which other CMS are you wanting to use this on?

Do you have this all setup on a server already somewhere? I am not familiar with Vivvo, do they have a templating system that allows you to use whatever template you want with their system? If so then that would be sufficient in converting a theme over, but it may take a bit of extra time to become familiar with that system. Since we do charge $150/hr, that could take numerous hours to completely convert a theme over which may be quite costly. I am not sure on your budget. We are happy to work with you if this all sounds okay though, we do require funds be paid upfront into a retainer that we draw out of.
Alternatively, you may want to find a freelancer or other professional who is already familiar with the Vivvo CMS Business software, as that might be a more speedy and cheaper way for you to get one of our themes converted over. Basically in that case you would find someone familiar with Vivvo, then purchase our theme, and have them convert it for you.
