Hi Sava,
This template uses the Nivo Slider jQuery plugin for the slider which is in the showcase area. Unfortunately I do not think that Nivo Slider supports the use of Flash. You would be welcome to replace this slider with another slider that supports flash however. The difficulty of doing that could be anywhere from easy to hard depending on your experience at working with web design, JavaScript, and Joomla.
