I am inquiring about Os Commerce 2.2 Template 12294. I am looking o set up an online store to sell some clothing. Is this template already programmed to validate credit cards and deposit the funds (once approved) in a bank account? If it isn't setup to accept payments, could you point me to some of your other templates that could permit me to do this.

Yes, the oscommerce templates are ready on the frontend and backend to accept payments. It will still require you to signup at a thirdy party that the system suports such as Paypal, authorize.net, or numerous others that it supports. Once you have an account with that third party and have everything setup there integrating that into the oscommerce template should be a matter of entering in the information.

We are interested in purchasing template 12294. We will be starting off by selling T-Shirts but have a few questions.
1. Does this website template contain a file that keeps track of quantity available?
2. Once an order is placed, is there an email notification that is sent with the details to the customer as well as us the seller?
3. For the checkout portion, can the application take into account sales tax?
4. For the checkout portion, can the application determine shipping based on province being shipped to?

The template uses the backend oscommerce system which you can find here:

It is open source freely available software. So it would depend on oscommerce, you might look at the site there for your answer. Our template will plugin to their backend system so that you have an operational shopping cart.
I would imagine so, again please check out the oscommerce website. That is what would be responsible for doing this part.
Oscommerce should support that, yes.
I believe oscommerce has many options for this part too. I think looking at the site will help you alot. Also what you might do is download our sample oscommerce template.
Download and install that. Play around with it and see exactly what you can do before you buy.
