This OSCommerce T-Shirt store template has a white background, over-all light theme, and uses mostly white green, blue, and black. There is a tool bar on top that includes a set of language selection flag icons on the left, a gray and white currency exchange drop-down in the center, and a shopping cart status area which uses black text on the right.
