This template was made for and tested with PrestaShop version 1.3.6.x. What that means is that we can only guarantee that it will work with no problems with that version. If you decide to use it for a newer version there is a chance that you may have to make modifications to the template to get it to work correctly.
I believe there are tutorials that you can find on Google which show you the steps you need to take if you want to upgrade a theme made for PrestaShop 1.3 to work with PrestaShop 1.4.
Some of our newer PrestaShop themes are made for 1.4.x, so you may want to look at some of those as well to see if you like any of them.
