Hi, i bought this templates a few months ago, after i installed it i realized that is different because of the different modules activated and disactivated and their order. How can i set my template so it looks like the demo one?? i mean i would like to use the same setting so it will be the same as the live demo. Thank you very much, Simone.

Hi Simone,

The process to installing this template goes like this:

First you upload all of your theme folder content to the PrestaShop root folder and replace all the files that it prompts you to. It sounds like you have already done this part.

Second in order to make the template look the same way as on our demo page, you need to install the provided dump.sql file that is included in the template package. It is located in the "sources" folder. This folder is password protected so you will need to use your order ID as the password to get in that area. To install this file you will need to import it to your database with the help of phpMyAdmin or any other sort of database management tool.

Third, after you have completed the MySQL import of the dump.sql file, you need to go in your PrestaShop administrative panel and goto:

Preferences -> Appearance

You will see the new PrestaShop theme there that you can select and make active. Make sure you hit save as well. Once you have done this the new theme will be installed and it will look exactly like you see in our demo!

Thankyou i've done what you said but then i got a problem, after the installation is completed if you go to the web page it appears: Fatal error: Call to undefined function mcrypt_decrypt() in /home/italyexp/public_html/prestashop/classes/Rijndael.php on line 51

What is the problem? maybe in the dump.sql file?? Because it worked without it but it didn't look like the demo. Thanks
Simone

Hi Simone,

Do you know what version of PHP you are using? It sounds like your web host might not have the mcrypt library installed. Can you ask them if they can enable that module for you? That would be the easiest way to resolve your problem.

I would like to start with the starter package if you think that is enough for my prestashop website (84mb on my hard disk). So there should be 400 mb for my products pictures and descriptions. If think that is fine I'll buy the package and I'll upload the template on the server.
thankyou, Simone.

Hi Simone,

That should most likely be fine, keep in mind you can always upgrade in the future if for some reason you run out of space and need more. I think that would be a good place to start for you though.

If you have any problems signing up please let me know. Thanks!

Hi Simone,

I looked up your e-mail address, and from what I see you do not have an Ozzu account created. So when you goto the link to signup for a hosting package, click the option to setup a new Ozzu account (since you do not have one), and everything should allow you to proceed.

So in other words first goto our shared hosting. Then click on "Buy Starter Package". Then fill in your domain name and click the "Continue to Step 2". Then this is the important page. It will ask you if you have an Ozzu account already. You will click on the "NO" button, and then follow the steps from there.

If you still have problems please let me know. Thanks!

Hi Franco!

Nice to meet you. I had e-mailed Simone some more information yesterday, not sure if he received that. We did receive your subscription signup, but the domain he submitted was not valid. I am going to send you a PM (private message) as well so we can get going on setting everything up for you.
