The process to installing this template goes like this:
First you upload all of your theme folder content to the PrestaShop root folder and replace all the files that it prompts you to. It sounds like you have already done this part.
Second in order to make the template look the same way as on our demo page, you need to install the provided dump.sql file that is included in the template package. It is located in the "sources" folder. This folder is password protected so you will need to use your order ID as the password to get in that area. To install this file you will need to import it to your database with the help of phpMyAdmin or any other sort of database management tool.
Third, after you have completed the MySQL import of the dump.sql file, you need to go in your PrestaShop administrative panel and goto:
Preferences -> Appearance
You will see the new PrestaShop theme there that you can select and make active. Make sure you hit save as well. Once you have done this the new theme will be installed and it will look exactly like you see in our demo!

Do you know what version of PHP you are using? It sounds like your web host might not have the mcrypt library installed. Can you ask them if they can enable that module for you? That would be the easiest way to resolve your problem.

That should most likely be fine, keep in mind you can always upgrade in the future if for some reason you run out of space and need more. I think that would be a good place to start for you though.

I looked up your e-mail address, and from what I see you do not have an Ozzu account created. So when you goto the link to signup for a hosting package, click the option to setup a new Ozzu account (since you do not have one), and everything should allow you to proceed.
So in other words first goto our shared hosting. Then click on "Buy Starter Package". Then fill in your domain name and click the "Continue to Step 2". Then this is the important page. It will ask you if you have an Ozzu account already. You will click on the "NO" button, and then follow the steps from there.

With Simone, we subscibed a few days ago for a three monthes hosting at ozzu.com - to install and try our prestashop timeplates. Procedure seemed correct, we had Ozzu membership and login accepted and received hosting purchase code as well.
What's nex step?
