It mentions that i need Winzip 9 or higher to extract the files. I have Photoshop 7.0.....but do i also need Apache server, adobe Dreamweaver 8 or higher...or can i just choose 1 on the mentioned items.

the same question regarding PHPv.5, MySQL 4.1.14 & Prestashop 1,4,4.x do i need all....or just choose 1??

If you could help in my choice as to which programs i need & don't need, which program is most user friendly as im very new this. Also do you offer any type of set up service, where i pass my hosting company details to you, so the site can be added. The final question i have is.....if you can look on the template the top includes boxes such as....home furniture, armoire, bookcases etc..etc....can the number of the boxes be increased to cover a larger selection of items.....the same question applies to the lower boxes...such as..table, chairs, sofa, beds...can more boxes be added here.

Hi Tim!

Winzip 9 is just a program to unpack the archive. When you purchase the template everything comes in a single .zip archive. It is just a way to pack all of the files into a single file, and you need that program to unpack it.

Adobe Photoshop 7 is too old. If you choose not to upgrade there you will not be able to edit any of the .PSD files that come with the template. That may be okay if you do not plan to edit any of the images on the template, but if you need to change any text on images or get access to some of the source images on the template, you will want that program updated. I believe Adobe has a 30 day trial for the CS5 program, but I am not sure.

The "Apache Server" is a requirement to have everything run. This template not only comes with static files, but it comes with the complete backend system that must be installed on a server. This provides you access to an admin area a place to see customers, orders, etc which all must be stored in a database, which is why MySQL is also required. So the following:

Apache Server
PHP v.5 or higher
MySQL 4.1.14 or later

Those are all things with your webhost where you have your website. They are not what you have on your local computer. If you still need webhosting we do also offer that as well, same with domain names.

So basically everything listed is a requirement. You can't just choose one, they are many different types of software and programs.

On your way through the checkout system there will be a spot where you can check a box to have someone from our template tuning team install the template for you on your web hosting server. There are also a few other options I believe for implementing your logo, and changing the color scheme too if you want different colors on the template. Those are all for additional charges.

For the top navigation on the template, you can change the boxes to different text, or make it smaller if you want to increase the number of choices there. There are numerous things you can do to accommodate your needs, but all of those would require you to edit the actual design it self. That could be anywhere from easy to difficult depending on your skill level.

The same is the case for the lower boxes as well. You can pretty much do anything you want, but it depends on your skills. You may need to find a local web designer, a freelancer, or you can hire us to do additional work for you once you get the template installed to get everything the way you want. For custom work our billing rate is $150/hr.
