Can i chage the size (height) of the slider? is a nivoslider? and can i chage the number of banner in the right, example, if i change th eheigh of the slider y want put only 3 banner in 1 column, no 4 banner in two column as now.

Yes it appears to be using nivoslider, and yes you are welcome to change the height of the slider -- it may require you to do some CSS changes. For the banners on the right of the slider you are welcome to change that too, it may require you to dig into the template and make changes though via HTML and CSS.
