Hi, I purchased 3 templates on order id ******. I need to get into the source psd files, which are password protected, but the order id is not being accepted as the password. What can I do? Can you send me new versions of the files or tell me if I am using the correct password? The files I ordered were 12019, 13006 & 13367.

I believe you are using the wrong order ID. Please do not use the order ID from the merchant system, but instead from the template download e-mail. That should let you get into the source zip files. I hope that helps!
