The main difference between a regular logo and our logo templates is that our logo templates are developed to reflect the main ida of the industry, not the particular company. To make the logo work for your company's theme you will need to customize the template by changing the name and colors, etc. That is why you will have full access to the source files so that you can make the precise changes you need. If these templates are in the unique area then they have not yet been purchased by any other customers. If they are not in the unique area then they have been used by someone else. If you pay for the unique version at the unique price they will be removed from the marketplace and will no longer be for sale, otherwise they will be moved to our regular logo template section after you purchase.
