Yes you are welcome to modify the words (we expect you to actually), replace images with your own, etc. You can basically do whatever you want, the difficulty depends on your skill level at working with web design. We do provide tutorials/guides with the template to help you with this process.
Also we do have some sample templates that you can download and test out.
