Hello, I recently purchased template number 23811 for our drupal website. The transaction number is ******. Our IT department is telling me that this template does not appear to have the right drupal template files. Is this template not a drupal template and if so is there a way to get this in the drupal format? Please let me know. Thank you.

That template is not a Drupal template. It is a CSS Full Site Flash 8 template which means this:
These website designs are our full site templates developed using CSS technology for styling. The template designs consist of five or more pages that have some Flash 8 animation which means you will need a Flash 8 capable editor if you wish to edit these portions. A non-flash version is also included if you want everything to be static. These templates consist of a main page and the necessary content pages corresponding to each of the menu tabs that you see on the screenshots for a template. You do not need to develop any sub-pages because you already have them with the package. The only thing you need to do is to replace sample content with your own.
To get it converted into a Drupal format it would take alot of customization work. I would recommend buying a template that is already made for Drupal.
We do have Drupal templates, however, this one does not come in a Drupal version. Please check out our Drupal templates.
