Hi, I am very interested in using this templates to start my own website and business. Two questions: (1) am I able to use it in a Chinese language? Because my practice is in Taiwan (not in the US). (2) With the templates downloaded (60 $), what will I have? Do I have all the pages (content pages, the framework as showed in the demo?)Also, am I be able to change the text, pictures to fit my need?
What's the difference between the 60$ package and the other exclusive price (2850$)?

Yes, you are completely welcome to use whatever language you want. This template is comprised of HTML, images, CSS, and Flash. There is no admin area for it, so as long as you are familiar with web design and how to change HTML (and Flash if you want to use the Flash parts), you should have no problem updating the content in whatever language you want. If you aren't familiar with editing HTML then it may be a bit more of a challenge for you, but we do link to tutorials in the template download e-mail that you receive. You are also more than welcome to ask questions on this page if you run into any problems I can try to give you enough information to get you going in the right direction.
With the template price for $60, you will get everything you see in the demo above. Also at the top of this page right below the add to cart button you will see that there are different tabs such as:

You could also use any of these pages as a template to create additional pages if you need much more than seven pages. So you will basically have seven different page styles to work with. You could replace the pictures on any of the pages with your own, you may need to re-size any new pictures you use to be the same dimensions as before.
If you purchase the template at the $60 price you will still get everything. The only difference with the $2850 price is that the template will be removed from our marketplace and nobody else will be able to purchase this template.
