You will need either Winzip or Stuffit Expander or some kind of .zip file extractor to get all of the files out of the .zip file. From there you will need Adobe Photoshop CS+ if you wish to edit any of the .psd files. If you do not want to edit any of the .psd files then you do not need that software. You will need Adobe Dreamweaver or Microsoft Expression Web if you want to edit the HTML and layout of the template. However, alternatives could work or if you know HTML you could just use some sort of notepad. Our tutorials only cover using Dreamweaver or Expression though.

I guess I could get the web page up and running and if I want to change psd Photoshop is $$$.
Which is better Dreamweaver or expressions? Is there a specific version I need to get?

I would get the latest versions of those software.
