It is likely that the payment just hasn't been received yet. It usually takes a few business days for the wire transfer to come in. You sent it on Jan 11th which was a Thursday. Friday would have been the first business day, then you have the weekend, and then a holiday on Monday, so today is Tuesday and the 2nd business day. Please allow a few more business days and if you still have not received your template please contact me again and I will have the billing department look into things for you.
You might also check with your bank and see what they say on the status of your wire transfer.
Finally, I notice you are using a Yahoo account. Please make sure you look in your spam/bulk box as well, as Yahoo tends to misplace emails in there. When you get your email with your template download links it will come from template-help.com
