This template was not created to work immediately with WordPress. You might check out our WordPress templates if you are interested in having a template which is already made for that software. With that said though, you are more than welcome to use this template and convert it into a working theme that would be compatible with WordPress. This template is basically just the frontend elements which give you a good starting point with the look and feel you might be going after. There are numerous tutorials online which provide information on how you can take a regular website design and make it work with WordPress. So depending on your experience at working with web design and your familiarity with WordPress, that could be anywhere from easy to very hard.
