Flash MX, MX 2004, Flash 8 - .fla files
Photoshop 7, CS, CS2 - .psd files
Dreamweaver MX, MX 2004, Dreamweaver 8 (or FrontPage 2003) - .html files
It is a one time purchase. If you are going to host it online at a website you will likely have recurring fees there, but that is separate from the template purchase.
