In the meantime can you do me a favor? If you have a spam/bulk box check there to make sure the email wasn't misplaced. It would have come from template-help - Second, did you ever receive a phone call verifying your order? If you did not this could be a reason the order did not go through yet. Did you provide a reachable number? Please let me know a number they can reach you at to verify the order in case they haven't.

That is what I suspected, any emails that have URLs/links in it your email system filters out as spam. That is why I purposely sent a followup without any links. Can you provide me a alternate email that will let you receive my email that has links in it.
